Frontier’s Guarantee

All items are sold as genuine and original, unless otherwise described, and we offer a full refund on anything proved otherwise. We also offer an absolute return policy based on the following conditions:If you wish to return an item for whatever reason, you must do so within 7 days (14 days overseas) of receipt of goods. In return we will give you a full refund on the purchase price. Items that are returned must be in the same condition as sent. If an item is not returned to us within 7 days (14 days overseas) of buyers receipt, then that item will be considered as sold. Note that 'return' postage costs are not refundable. Our guarantee of refund will not apply to items that have been damaged or tampered with by the client prior to returning them. If an item we sell is ever subsequently found be renamed, a copy or otherwise significantly not as described, then it may be returned at any time for a refund of the purchase price.  

Payment

All items are priced in Pounds Sterling (GBP) any quotes in other currencies are for reference only. The following methods of payment are acceptable: 

Cash (all major currencies) sent at buyer's risk.

Cheques/banker's draft in Pounds Sterling payable to S.H. Verralls or in US$ drawn on US banks only and subject to an additional US$2.00 to cover bank charges.

Direct payment to Barclays Bank, London - account details supplied on request

Major credit cards through Paypal via the on-line shop.

Shpping & Postage

Registered Airmail insured postage & packing is charged by default on all items as follows or at cost if greater:  

£5 for first medal;

£1 each for each subsequent medal one up to 5 medals;

£10 for 6 medals £1 for each subsequent medal up to 15 medals. 

Frontier Medals can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage sustained during transit. Courier service at very reasonable rates, if required, can be quoted for. For high value items we reserve the right to despatch only by courier service. Frontier Medals will act as agents for the client in the unlikely event of any item being lost in the mail providing it has been sent either registered/ insured or by courier.Any customs charges or taxes levied by the buyer's country or the destination country of packages are wholly the responsibility of the buyer. Should a client have any requirements regarding postage customs declarations please make these clearly known to us.

Buying

I am keen to purchase any British or Commonwealth medals in groups or singles and will quote a purchase price on receipt of details of items offered. Please provide, as far as possible, a full description of the item including condition and details of naming. A scan or digital photo of the item would be useful.
