A very scarce Air Efficiency Award to the Royal Hong Kong Auxiliary Air Force - named 18092753 W.O. Remedios, P.R.
Warrant Office Remedios served with the RHKAAF from 1954-63 and had a nickname of "Pesky", source: "Winged Dragon" by Val Penlington. However these dates may not be correct as he was awarded the AE in the Hong Kong Government Gazette of 20th Nov 1959 (digital copy included), so a more likely enlistment date is 1948-9. A very scarce example of an AE to a colonial Air Force. EF
